The Challenge: Limited Documentation for a Major Acquisition
Acquiring a multi-story property like this one—spanning 17 floors with diverse amenities and resident units—comes with documentation gaps that can complicate management. Without reliable as-built records, assessing layouts, planning maintenance, or evaluating recent upgrades becomes challenging. The remodeled lobby, in particular, required detailed capture to review its modern design and flow. Traditional methods would have been labor-intensive and disruptive in an active residential building. Our Solution: Extensive 3D Scanning with Matterport Pro3
As-Built World specializes in creating high-fidelity digital twins that transform how properties
are understood and managed. For this project, we utilized the Matterport Pro3 camera to produce
detailed 3D models, accurate floor plans, and immersive virtual tours. We scanned the entire first
floor and extended coverage to representative units throughout the building, along with premium
rooftop features.

- First Floor Comprehensive Scan: The remodeled lobby with its updated aesthetics, entry features, and public spaces; male and female restrooms; mailbox room; leasing office including three back offices; loading dock; on-site convenience store; and resident units for layout reference.
- Extensive Unit Documentation: Over 60 apartment units across multiple floors, The buildings 4 different corridor layouts, were scanned to document the variety of layouts, sizes, and conditions—providing invaluable data for inventory, renovations, and marketing.
- Rooftop and Exterior Amenities: The building’s roof, featuring a stunning rooftop pool, state-of-the-art gym, computer lab, and meditation room. The exterior scan captured the full facade, landscaping, and surrounding context including mechanical units for a complete property overview.
